Custom tooling and dies

Every pressing starts with the right tool. We build and maintain custom dies matched to your part and volumes, so pressing stays consistent and cost-effective over the life of the product.

High-volume production

Once tooling is proven, our presses run high-volume production with consistent quality — the same component, batch after batch, with quality control at every stage under our ISO 9001:2015 system.

Complex and deep-drawn parts

From flat blanks and brackets to deep-drawn shapes like hub caps and wheel rim shells, we press complex designs with tight tolerances and high-quality finishes.

FAQ

Metal pressings questions, answered

Something else on your mind? Ask us directly.

Is there a difference between metal pressing and metal stamping?

They're the same family of processes: forming sheet metal with a press and die. Whether your drawing calls it a pressing, a stamping or a blank, we make it — with custom tooling built for the part.

What volumes do you press?

From small runs to high-volume production. Custom tooling makes per-part costs drop as volumes grow, and our quality system keeps every batch consistent.

What materials and thicknesses can you press?

Mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium and more, across a range of thicknesses. Send us your drawing and material spec and we'll confirm the right process.

Do you make the tooling and dies yourselves?

Yes — custom tooling and dies are part of our metal pressing service, matched to your component and production volumes.

How do I get a quote for pressed components?

Send your drawing (PDF, DWG, DXF or STEP), material and estimated volumes through our enquiry form. We'll quote the tooling and the per-part price clearly, for free.
