CNC turning

Our CNC turning centres produce shafts, bushes, hubs, flanges, threaded components and other rotational parts to tight tolerances. Turning, drilling, boring and threading are handled in minimal setups, so parts stay accurate and repeatable from the first piece to the thousandth.

CNC milling

3-axis and 4-axis CNC milling handles prismatic parts, housings, brackets, gears and complex geometries that manual machining can't hold consistently. Every job is programmed from your drawing or CAD model and verified before production.

From one-off to production

We machine one-off prototypes, small batches and ongoing production runs on the same quality system. Repeat orders run off proven programs and setups, so your tenth batch matches your first.

What CNC machining services does Metal Tech offer?

We offer CNC turning and CNC milling, including drilling, boring and threading, with 3-axis and 4-axis capability. Parts are machined to your drawing or CAD model under our ISO 9001:2015 quality system in Brackenfell, Cape Town.

What materials can you machine?

We machine mild steel, stainless steel, aluminium, brass, engineering plastics and composites. If you're unsure which material suits your part, send us the application and we'll advise.

Can you machine a single prototype, or only production runs?

Both. We machine one-off prototypes, small batches and full production runs. Prototypes run on the same machines and quality checks as production work.

What do you need from me to quote on CNC machining?

A drawing or CAD file — we accept PDF, DWG, DXF and STEP — plus the material, quantity and any deadline. Send it through our enquiry form or email and we'll come back with a clear, free quote.

Yes. Metal Tech Precision Engineering is ISO 9001:2015 certified, with a scope covering the manufacturing of precision CNC components according to customer requirements. Certificate No. 224926, issued by NQA.
